What you're looking at are two of the dummy pages for EAGLE #1,
followed by the original concept for DAN DARE, who was going to
be a space chaplain (before wisdom prevailed). The future of mankind
(or British comics at least) could have been so very different had Dan
not been 'promoted' to space pilot, eh? Thank goodness he was!
