One of my favourite poems is The Raven, and if you've never heard Basil Rathbone's amazing rendition of it, click on this link and listen to it after you've read this post. Here's an interesting take on this rhyming masterpiece, illustrated by Richard Corben and first published in Creepy #67, December 1974.
Sadly, Richard died today, so I though I'd re-post this strip in tribute to his amazing talent.
