Nine years after I'd left the halls of academia, SCHOOL FUN #1 hit
newsagents' counters all across the country. This is probably the type of
comic I'd have loved as a boy, but it only managed 33 issues, one Annual
and two Holiday Specials. In that respect it was a failure, but at least I got
to letter some of the strips in a future Holiday Special. Well done me.
