I'm a Batman and Batfamily fan but I'm definitely a bit out of the loop. My question is, why did Batwing suddenly change from the African character David Zavimbe to Lucius Fox's relative (I forgot his name)?

He quit after he faced Massacre (who was revealed to be his brother) and decided that to face his enemies he needed to use lethal force (which is a no-no in the Bat family). Luke Fox took on the mantle when he retired.
